APPOINTMENT TO SOCIAL AND ETHICS COMMITTEE
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that Ms Busisiwe Mathe, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed
as a member of the Social and Ethics committee, with effect from today, 03 November 2022. Ms
Mathe also currently serves as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
