RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Todd Colin Petersen has resigned as company secretary as he
will be relocating to the United Arab Emirates. His resignation is effective from 31 December 2022. The
Board thanks Todd for his contribution to Equites and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Board has commenced a process to appoint a new company secretary. A further announcement in this
regard will be released on SENS in due course.
