VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE ACQUISITION OF CAPE FOODS
Shareholders are referred to the voluntary announcement dated 10 August 2022 wherein Libstar
advised that the Group had entered into an agreement for the acquisition of Cape Foods Proprietary
Limited (the “Transaction”).
Libstar is pleased to announce that all suspensive conditions related to the Transaction have been
fulfilled.
