CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 31 May 2022, in which
the Company advised that John Winship (“John”) would not be making himself available for
re-election when he retired by rotation at the Company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting
(“AGM”).
The Company accordingly herewith confirms John’s retirement as an independent non-
executive director and as a member of the audit, risk and compliance committee, chairman
of the remuneration committee and member of the social & ethics committee with effect from
the date of the AGM.
The board of directors of the Company thanks John for his service and valuable contribution
to Trellidor over the last 16 years.
