MARKET
Shareholders are advised that Sun International (South Africa) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary
of Sun International, has acquired 49.6 million Grand Parade Investments Limited (“Grand
Parade”) securities in the open market, which represents 10.56% of Grand Parade’s issued share
capital.
In accordance with Section 122 of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, formal notice
in this regard was submitted to Grand Parade on 11 November 2022.
