Clarification on Change in Director Functions
Further to the SENS announcement made on 11 November 2022 regarding the appointment of Mr.
Garner as Chairman of the board following the unexpected passing of Mr. W Lombard, the company
wishes to clarify that the composition of the sub-committees, specifically the appointment of a
Chairman of the Audit and Risk committee to replace Mr. Garner following his acceptance of
Chairman of the board will be addressed as soon as a practically possible.
A process to identify potential candidates to fill the current vacancies on the board and sub-
committees is under way. The Nominations Committee will meet in due course to review and propose
potential candidates, a SENS announcement will be issued once the appointments and director
functions are confirmed.
