WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 11 July 2022, and the
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last which was dated 4 October 2022, and are hereby
advised that negotiations regarding the potential disposal of one or more of Sebata’s businesses have been
terminated.
Accordingly, caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in the Company’s securities.
