TERMINATION OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
In compliance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Putprop (“Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that the external audit services of BDO South
Africa Incorporated (“BDO”) have been terminated, with immediate effect (“Termination”).
The Termination arose as a result of the ordinary resolution regarding the appointment of BDO as the external
auditor of the Company, not being approved by the requisite majority of shareholders at Putprop’s annual
general meeting held on Monday, 14 November 2022; and accordingly, was initiated by Putprop.
The Board sincerely thanks BDO for their work with the Company over the past year.
Once a suitable external firm has been identified for appointment as the Company’s independent auditor, the
requisite announcement will be released on SENS.
