CHANGES TO THE NOMINATIONS AND DIRECTORS’ AFFAIRS AND GOVERNANCE COMMITTEES
FirstRand shareholders are advised that Dr SP Sibisi has been appointed as chairman of the nominations
committee and as chairman of the directors’ affairs and governance committee. Ms. Z Roscherr has also been
appointed to the nominations committee. These appointments will be effective 2 December 2022.
The nominations committee is a subcommittee of the FirstRand directors’ affairs and governance committee
comprising non-executive directors with a majority of independent directors, as guided by the King IV Report on
Corporate Governance for South Africa, 2016.
