Finbond shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 24 June 2022, 5 August
2022, 19 September 2022, and 31 October 2022 and are advised that the discussions regarding a
potential acquisition in Mexico have been discontinued. Accordingly, caution is no longer required to
be exercised by shareholders when dealing in Finbond securities.
