Following the appointments of Mr Tshepisho Makofane and Mr Panico Theocharides to the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) on 26 October 2022, shareholders are advised that the
following changes have been made to the composition of the various Board committees with effect
from 1 December 2022:

Social and Ethics Committee:
