RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Corporate Vision Consulting Proprietary Limited (Registration number: 2015/006536/07) has
resigned as company secretary of RH Bophelo Limited, with effect from 30 December 2022.
The Board of Directors’ is grateful and wishes to thank Corporate Vision Consulting for their excellent and
diligent professional contributions to the Company since inception.
RH Bophelo Limited has commenced the process of identifying a successor, and shareholders will be advised
of the appointment of a new Company Secretary in due course.
