Noteholders are advised that the integrated report, incorporating the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 August 2022, of Premium Properties’ guarantor, Octodec
Investments Limited (“Octodec”) is available on Octodec’s website,

Octodec’s auditors have expressed an unmodified audit opinion on Octodec’s annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 August 2022.
The abovementioned Octodec documentation is available for inspection at the registered address of
Octodec, at CPA House, 101 Du Toit Street, Tshwane with immediate effect. Noteholders can contact
