APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 12 September 2022
wherein Libstar advised that Mr. Charl De Villiers, the current Chief Financial Officer
("CFO"), had been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 January 2023.
The board of Libstar is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Terri Lee Ladbrooke,
currently Financial and Operations Executive at Rialto, a division of the Company’s
subsidiary, Libstar Operations (Pty) Ltd, as interim CFO of the Company with effect from 1
January 2023.
Terri is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has held various financial roles within Libstar
since joining the Company in 2015, including that of Group Financial Controller and Internal
Audit Manager at Libstar Operations as well as Management Accountant and Finance
Executive at Rialto.
A comprehensive process to appoint a permanent CFO is underway and an announcement
will be made once the appointment has been finalised.
