CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Shareholders are advised that Pinchas (Pinny) Hack has resigned from the Company and will step down from
the board of directors and his role as chief financial officer (CFO) with effect from 28 February 2023. Pinny has
resigned to pursue personal business interests.
Pinny will, during his notice period, oversee the finalisation of the interim results for the six-month period ending
31 December 2022 and will ensure a seamless handover of his responsibilities.
The Board wishes to express their gratitude to Pinny for contribution to the Company during his tenure.
The Company will commence the process of recruiting a new CFO and shareholders will be advised once such
an appointment has been made.
