CHANGES TO THE BOARD COMMITTEES
Shareholders are advised that Mr Caswell Rampheri is no longer considered to be an independent non-
executive director, after he has entered into a consultancy agreement with the Company. Mr Rampheri is
still considered to be a non-executive director of the Company.
Therefore, the board of directors of Delta has resolved to approve the following changes to the Audit
Committee and the Asset, Liability and Investment Committee, effective from 15 December 2022:
