RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In accordance with rule 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, the issuer wishes to advise
noteholders of the resignation of Ms Gratitude Ramphaka as non-executive director, member of
the Audit Committee and Chairperson of the Board Risk Committee with effect from 06
December 2022.
The board of directors expresses its appreciation to Ms Ramphaka for her contribution and
commitment, and wishes her well.
