RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In terms of section 3.59b of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr LED Hlatshwayo has resigned as an
Independent Non-Executive Director from the Clientèle board with effect from
30 December 2022.
The board would like to thank Mr Hlatshwayo for his meaningful contribution
to the Clientèle Group during his tenure.
