APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with rule 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised of the
appointment of Ms. Suné Brugman as a Non-Executive Director of the SBN Holdings Limited and Standard Bank
Namibia Limited. Regulatory approval for the appointment was obtained with effect 15 December 2022.
The appointment will be ratified by Shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The board welcomes Ms. Brugman to the board of directors of the company.
