CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND COMMITTEES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Murray &
Roberts announces the following change to the Board of Directors (“Board”):
On 31 August 2022, the Company announced that Lwazi Bam would be joining the Board with
effect from 1 January 2023. Lwazi has informed the Company that he has decided not to take
up the position of independent non-executive director.
As a result, the Board’s Audit and Risk Committees membership will remain as constituted
and announced on 31 August 2022, with Clifford Raphiri continuing as Chair of the Audit
Committee.
