APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR
Further to the Termination of External Auditor announcement released on SENS on
16 November 2022, and after following the process set out in paragraph 3.84(g)(iii) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE Listings Requirements”), Putprop’s Audit and Risk Committee has
recommended the appointment of HLB CMA South Africa (“HLB CMA”) as Putprop’s external auditor, with
Jean-Andre Du Toit as the designated audit partner.
Accordingly, in compliance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of Putprop (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that HLB CMA has been appointed as
Putprop’s external auditor, with Jean-Andre Du Toit as designated audit partner, with immediate effect.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Group’s next annual general meeting.
