Holders of Satrix Fini securities are referred to the Satrix Fini distribution finalisation announcement published on 12
January 2023 in respect of a distribution fo the quarter ended 31 December 2022.
Investors are advised that Note 1 as referenced under the REIT column of declaration table was ommited on the
distribution announcement published 12 January 2023. Please refer to Note 1 as below.
Note 1: Distributions by Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) are subject to income tax for South African tax residents
and for non-residents it is subject to 20% SA withholding tax. The Gross rate for non-residents is 3.55072 cents per unit
and the net rate is 2.84058 cents per unit.
