In accordance with paragraphs 6.83(a)(i) and (ii) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are
hereby advised that:
• there have been no replacements or repurchases of assets in the pool, for the six-month period
ended 31 December 2022, due to a breach of the representations and warranties contained in
the agreements underlying the asset-backed debt securities; and
• the latest investor report for the period ended 31 December 2022 detailing the performance of
the underlying assets in aggregate is available for inspection at the following website
