Redemption of the Notes
Quilter plc today announces the redemption of the entire principal amount outstanding of the Notes on
28 February 2023, subject to the terms and conditions (the "Conditions") of the Notes set out in the
prospectus relating to the Notes dated 9 April 2018, at their principal amount together with Arrears of
Interest (if any) and any other accrued and unpaid interest up to (but excluding) the redemption date.
There is no outstanding Arrears of Interest in respect of the Notes.
Words and expressions used in this notice but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed
to them in the relevant Conditions.
