RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Ms. Ingiphile Pamela
Mogotlane has resigned as a non-executive director from the Board, as chairperson of the
Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee, and as member of the Audit and Risk
Committee of Insimbi, with effect from Wednesday, 18 January 2023.
Shareholders will be advised in due course of the filling of vacancies on the relevant
committees arising from Ms. Mogotlanes’ resignation.
The Board would like to thank Ms. Mogotlane for her valuable contribution to the Company
and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
