CHANGE IN INDIVIDUAL DESIGNATED AUDITOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.75(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Acsion (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ziyaad Moosa has been appointed as the new
individual designated auditor for the Company with effect from 23 January 2023, replacing Henico
Schalekamp, who is no longer with PKF Octagon Incorporated.
The Board expresses its sincere gratitude to Henico Schalekamp for his contribution during his tenure.
