REMINDER NOTICE: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are hereby reminded that as per the link contained in the audited condensed
group financial results for the year ended 30 June 2022, declaration of dividend number 3,
notice of annual general meeting and B-BBEE compliance announcement, the Annual
General Meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders will be held at 10h00 on Tuesday, 24 January 2023
in the Boardroom of the Darsot Food Corporation, 15 Misgund Road, Eikenhof, Johannesburg.
Record Date and Form of Proxy
The record date on which shareholders of the Company were to have been registered as such
in the Company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the AGM Friday, 13 January
2023. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the AGM was Tuesday, 10 January
2023.
Shareholders are reminded that the form of proxy may be handed to the chairman of the AGM
or the meeting scrutineers at the AGM at any time prior to the commencement of the AGM or
prior to voting on any resolution proposed at the AGM.
