RESIGNATION OF THE GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and paragraph 6.39(b) of the Debt
Listings Requirements, Discovery wishes to advise shareholders and noteholders of the resignation of the
Group Company Secretary, Ms Nomalanga Nobuhle Mbongo with effect from 31 March 2023. Ms Mbongo
will be pursuing another opportunity outside the Group. We wish to thank Ms Mbongo for the service to the
Board and wish her all the very best in her new endeavours.
The board will commence the process of appointing a suitable replacement for Ms Mbongo and shareholders
and noteholders will be advised of the appointment of a new Company Secretary in due course.
