SECONDARY LISTING ON A2X
Shareholders are hereby advised that Absa Group’s ordinary shares will be listed for trade on the
A2X exchange with effect from 2 February 2023 (the “A2X listing date”).
Absa Group’s primary listing on the JSE Limited and its issued share capital will be unaffected by
the secondary listing on A2X. Absa Group ordinary shares will commence trading on A2X from
the A2X listing date.
A2X is a licensed stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue for companies
and is regulated by the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority and the Prudential
Authority of the South African Reserve Bank in terms of the Financial Markets Act 19 of 2012.
