EXTENSION OF PUBLICATION OF BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN
Further to the business rescue quarterly update announcement released by the Company on 8
December 2022 which stated that the publication of the Business Rescue Plan was scheduled for 20
January 2023, Rebosis shareholders are advised that creditors have approved a further extension of
time within which the joint business rescue practitioners must publish the business rescue plan (“BR
Plan”) in accordance with the provisions of section 150(5)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008.
The BR Plan is now expected to be published on or about Friday, 17 February 2023.
