NOTICE OF CHANGE IN A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN YORK SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b)
of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, York shareholders are advised that following the
increase in the Company’s total issued share capital pursuant to the implementation of the York
rights offer, the Company has received notification from the Industrial Development Corporation of
South Africa Limited advising that it has decreased its beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of
the Company (“Shares”) to 20.07% of the total issued Shares.
