RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Michael Bosman has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company
with immediate effect following his appointment to the SPAR Limited
Board, and his appointment today as the Executive Chairman of SPAR,
with effect from 1 February 2023.
The Board acknowledges with appreciation Mr Bosman’s 13 year
contribution to AVI and wishes him the very best in his new role.
