NOTICE OF ANTICIPATED PUBLICATION DATE OF THE INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS
Eskom hereby notifies its debt investors that the delayed release of the annual financial statements, which
were publicly released on 23 December 2022, has resulted in a delay in finalising, and the release of, the
interim financial results for the period ended 30 September 2022 (“Interim Results”).
Progress is being made in finalising the Interim Results, which are expected to be released by 31 March 2023.
