Resignation of financial director
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Albertus (Albré) Badenhorst has resigned as interim
Financial Director, with effect from 31 January 2023.
The Board of Directors thank Albré for his contribution to the Company.
The Company will begin the process of finding a suitable replacement.
