EARLY REDEMPTION OF IVC181 NOTES (“IVC181 NOTES”)

IVC181 Notes in terms of item 32 of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to the
terms and conditions set out in the Issuer’s Credit-Linked Note Programme dated
