Sappi Southern Africa hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released its Audited Annual Financial
Statements (“AFS”) for the year ended September 2022 and that the audit report relating to the AFS is
unqualified.
The AFS are available on the Sappi Southern Africa website at https://www.sappi.com/bond-and-insurance-
captive-reporting-requirements# and for inspection at the Sappi Southern Africa head office at 108 Oxford Road,
Houghton Estate, Johannesburg, South Africa from 31 January 2023.
