DELAY IN THE PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL REPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2022
Bondholders are hereby advised that the publication of the City’s audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 30 June 2022, the auditor’s report thereon and the draft integrated annual report for
the year ended 30 June 2022 (collectively, the “Annual Reporting Documents”) has been delayed.
The delay is as a result of the recent mayoral changes for the City which has delayed the approval
process of the Annual Reporting Documents.
The Annual Reporting Documents are now expected to be approved and published by no later than
Tuesday, 28 February 2023.
