CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s financial results for the year ended 30 June 2022 published on SENS on
29 August 2022 noting various changes to the board of directors ("the Board") and its committees, and are advised that
Nadine Bird’s Executive Director appointment, joining MAS’ Board as Chief Financial Officer, and taking over Raluca
Buzuleac’s financial responsibilities, is effective from today, 1 February 2023.
Raluca Buzuleac steps down from the Board as Executive Director with effect from the same date. She remains a member
of MAS’ senior management team and retains her responsibilities as the Group’s Director - Operations.
The Board welcomes Nadine and thanks Raluca for her contribution during her tenure as MAS’ Chief Financial and
Operational Officer.
