UPDATE ON NOTICE OF MOTION
Shareholders are referred to the update on notice of motion announcement, dated
16 January 2023, in which shareholders were advised, inter alia, that the Company and
interested parties received a notice of setdown which had been placed on the unopposed
roll for 1 February 2023 in the Johannesburg High Court.
DNG Energy Limited lodged an answering affidavit opposing the liquidation and then the
Business Rescue Practitioners (“BRPs”) withdrew the matter from the roll for today.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until such time as a further announcement has been made.
