APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the announcement of the resignation of Todd Colin Petersen as company secretary with effect from
31 December 2022, published on 7 November 2022, shareholders are advised that Dianna Beneke has been
appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 1 March 2023.
Dianna holds BCom and LLB degrees as well as Post Graduate Diplomas in Labour Law and Drafting and
Interpretation of Contracts. She is an admitted attorney and was previously the Head of Legal and Governance
and a member of the Executive Committee of Mowana Properties Proprietary Limited (a subsidiary of Pareto
Group Limited).
The Board is satisfied that Dianna possesses the requisite competence and experience for the role.
The Board welcomes Dianna to the position and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
