RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors
of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Ms Babalwa Ngonyama (“Ms Ngonyama”) has
resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company, as chair and member of the Audit
and Risk Committee and as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, all with effect
from 30 January 2023.
The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Ms Ngonyama for her commitment and service to the
Company over the years.
The Board has commenced a process of identifying a suitable replacement. Shareholders will be advised
as soon as possible when such appointment has been made and the composition of the various
Committees will then be confirmed.
