AMENDMENT TO DIRECTORS’ DECLARATIONS
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 7 September 2022, and in accordance with
paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby notified that
the Schedule 13 directors’ declarations (“Directors’ Declarations”) for Otis Tshabalala, Asathi
Magwentshu and Zandile Kogo have been further amended.
Paragraph 16 of the Directors’ Declarations, which relates to a company being placed under liquidation
or business rescue, has been amended as a result of the following subsidiaries of Rebosis also being
placed in business rescue:
• Ascension Properties Limited;
• Bay West City Proprietary Limited;
• Cape Horizon Properties 125 Proprietary Limited;
• Forest Hill City Shopping Centre Proprietary Limited; and
• Main Street 1119 Proprietary Limited.
The amended Directors’ Declarations are in the process of being submitted to the JSE.
