UPDATE REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Shareholders of York (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement published on SENS on
Monday, 21 November 2022 (“Announcement”) wherein Shareholders were advised, inter alia,
that Mr Schalk Barnard had been appointed as chief financial officer of York (“CFO”), effective
within six months from the date of the Announcement.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the effective date of Mr Barnard’s appointment as CFO is
confirmed to be Monday, 1 May 2023.
