CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE APF RIGHTS OFFER AND RIGHTS
OFFER CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcements titled “Declaration
announcement in respect of a renounceable rights offer” and
“Finalisation announcement in respect of the Rights Offer” (together
referred to as the “Announcements”) which were published on 31
January 2023 and 2 February 2023 respectively on the Stock Exchange
News Service (“SENS”) and the Rights Offer Circular published on 6
February 2023 (“the Circular”).
The ratio of Rights Offer Shares for every 100 APF shares was
erroneously stated as “6” instead of “5.83357”.
The remainder of the Announcements and the Circular remain unchanged.
