Change to directors’ functions
In terms of 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Clientèle advises that,
following the appointment of Mr. Michael Cownie as the Group Executive Financial
Director to the Board with effect 1 January 2023 (announced on SENS on 9 May
2022) and a meeting of the committee held on 8 February 2023, Mr Cownie has
been appointed as a member of the Group Risk Committee, effective immediately.
The Group Risk Committee of Clientèle now comprises BA Stott (Independent
Non-executive Director) as Chairperson, BW Reekie (Group Managing Director),
GQ Routledge (Independent Non-executive Director), RD Williams (Independent
Non-executive Director) and MG Cownie (Group Financial Director).
