In accordance with paragraph 6.39(b) of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Ms Kemira Esterhuizen
and Mr Graeme Alvan Victor have retired as non-executive directors of
Airports Company South Africa SOC Ltd with effect from 18 and 16 December
2022, respectively.
Subsequently, Ms Kemira Esterhuizen has ceased to be a member of the
Information, Communication, Technology Committee; Human Resources,
Remuneration and Nominations Committee; and Social and Ethics Committee.
Mr Graeme Alvan Victor has ceased to be a member of the Audit and Risk
Committee; Information, Communication, Technology Committee and Human
Resources, Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
They served one term each as non-executive directors of Airports
Company South Africa.
