NOTICE OF THE ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Stor-Age shareholders are advised
that Stor-Age has received notification from Catalyst Fund Managers SA (Pty) Ltd that it has acquired,
on behalf of underlying clients, a beneficial interest in the securities of Stor-Age, such that their total
of all beneficial interests of securities held are now 5.03% of the total number of securities in issue.
The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement,
and, to the best of their knowledge and belief, that information is true, and this announcement does not
omit anything likely to affect the importance of the information included.
