DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(3) of the Companies Act,
No. 71 of 2008 (the “Companies Act”), shareholders are advised that Public Investment Corporation
SOC Limited (“PIC”) has notified Delta that it has disposed of a beneficial interest in the securities of
the Company, resulting in the total beneficial interest held by PIC decreasing to 3.546% of the total
issued ordinary shares of the Company.
The required notice, as required by section 122 (3) of the Companies Act has been filed with the
Takeover Regulations Panel.
