APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 3 November 2022, and in accordance
with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements and
paragraph 6.39(a) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the
Company (“Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that Ms Elizabeth Mpeke (“Elizabeth”)
has been appointed as the group company secretary of Curro, with effect from 1 April 2023.
Elizabeth gained extensive experience in corporate, secretariat and governance functions at
KPMG and is a valuable addition to the group.
The Company confirms that the aforesaid appointment was made in accordance with the
Board’s nomination policy. The Board welcomes Elizabeth and looks forward to her
contribution to the Company.
