APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.78(d) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders of York
(“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that, at the recommendation of York’s audit committee,
Deloitte & Touché have been appointed as the new external auditor of the Company, with Logan Govender
acting as the designated external audit partner, with effect from Monday, 20 February 2023, which
appointment will be subject to Shareholder approval at the 2023 annual general meeting of the Company.
